Fractional digital marketing & web strategy
Strategy that lands with executives — and ships.
I help companies fix stuck marketing work and use AI where it actually helps.
Engagements are typically 10–15 hours a week; remote-first; available through at least May 2029, including from Central Asia.
At a glance
- GTM lead on a global network launch that drew GOD TV’s attention — preceding AWMI’s acquisition
- HubSpot form CVRs of 56.5% and 38.2% on high-volume offers
- Led redesign of 200+ university sites in an enrollment-growth era (~14k → 18k+)
What I do
- Website & experience strategy — IA, UX direction, conversion systems, rebuild roadmaps.
- Marketing & go-to-market strategy — positioning, messaging, channel cadence, launch leadership.
- Paid & organic oversight — Meta and Google Ads plus social direction with specialist partners (I set strategy; I don’t replace your media buyer).
- Measurement & experimentation — HubSpot, analytics, A/B programs that move real KPIs.
- Executive communication — boardroom-ready briefings and recommendations.
How an engagement works
- Diagnose — site, funnel, and channel gaps against your goals.
- Decide — positioning, IA/UX direction, KPIs, and a 90-day roadmap.
- Direct — guide web, content, and paid specialists so strategy actually ships.
- Fit: Fractional retainers for orgs that need senior judgment without a full-time director seat.
- Not a fit: US-only full-time roles with heavy travel; pure content-mill retainers.
